"The Apprentice" 

An apprenticeship is the hands on process of learning and growing.
When Jesus called his 12 disciples, he was calling them to enter into an apprenticeship with him - "Follow me and I will make you fishers of men." He was calling them to follow him, 
live with him, work with him, learn from him, and to one day carry on the work that he started.
