Pastor John and Mandy Hutton launched Global Outreach Center in June of 2011 under the covenant oversight of Apostle Daniel Cruz. Together they have two daughters, Ashley and Kiley who are also actively involved in the ministry. The Huttons are currently involved with their local soup kitchen where they prepare and serve meals every Wednesday.

Pastor John and Mandy believe that God birthed Global Outreach Center to be a revival center for the city and region. They continue to fulfill their prophetic call by traveling internationally encouraging people to passionately pursue God for the release of their kingdom destiny.
